When I first stepped onto this terrace and looked over Augsburg, it felt as if the city smiled at me. Warm, calm, and full of quiet stories, it seemed ready to share its secrets with anyone who knows how to listen. The towers, rooftops, trams, and people all move gently here, as if time flows a little differently.

What I love most is how Augsburg blends the past with the future. On one side, there are buildings that have stood for centuries. On the other, modern trams, bright shop windows, and the feeling of a city that’s very much alive. Sometimes it seems that if you listen closely, the stones on the square whisper about everything they’ve seen.

At sunset, Augsburg becomes even more magical. The warm light settles on the rooftops, and the whole city glows softly, as if lit from within. Standing there, I felt like I had stepped into a postcard or a fairy tale. Even the air feels different—peaceful, gentle, comforting.

I love how everything in Augsburg is close: small cafés, fountains, trams, old towers. You can walk through the streets and discover something new every time. And the people here are kind—they smile, they help, and they make you feel at home, even if it’s your first visit.

And of course, I enjoy exploring the city with Mr. Shi. He shows me interesting places, tells stories, and sometimes highlights things I might have missed. With him, Augsburg feels even more alive—almost as if the city itself is talking to us.

If you ever come to Germany, make sure to visit Augsburg. It doesn’t shout for attention—it gently invites you. And if you accept that invitation, the city will give you warm memories, beautiful walks, and the feeling that you’ve become part of its story. Augsburg is waiting for you.
